Tuna and Noodles

Tuna and Noodles is a great go to meal on nights when you forget to take something out of the freezer or haven't had time to get to the grocery store.  I keep most of these items on hand in my pantry.  I halved this recipe for my family , it makes enough to feed 4 of us with a little left overs.

I got this recipe from a friend and sm so grateful it's so delicious.

Tuna and noodles

2 cans tuna drained ( I use 1 large packet)
1 bag egg noodles boiled and drained
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 cans mushrooms (I skip this my kids hate shrooms)
1 lrg. can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk (I use fat free)
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup real mayo (I use light dukes mayo)
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Grease 9x13 pan mix up all ingredients and add to Baking dish.  Bake covered 350 for 30 min. take out and top breadcrumbs, broil on low until chips brown a little.
