Pizza Penne with smoked Mozzarella- Ninja Foodie

Pizza penne with smoked mozzarella 

1 lb penne pasta
1 24 oz jar pasta sauce
1 16 oz can tomato sauce 
1 6 oz can tomato paste
2 cups beef stock (I did better than boullion)
1 lb hamburger
1 package mini pepperoni
1 lb smoked fresh mozzarella, cubed
1 lb fresh mozzarella, cubed
1 tbsp garlic olive oil
6 tsp crushed garlic (6 cloves)
1 cup red wine
Season to taste I added some basil and oregano
1 onion diced 

Add oil, onion and garlic to pan and sauté for 2 min.  Add ground beef and brown.  Add red wine to deglaze, then add tomato sauce, pasta sauce, tomato paste, beef stock and seasonings, stir well and add pasta.  Put on the pressure lid and set to hi pressure for 6 min.  Natural release for 10 min.  Open and add cheeses and pepperoni. Serve in bowls with a nice crusty garlic bread and salad.
